Here we are well and chipping away… literally, and patching things up! Part of the bathroom ceiling in the lower (“new”) bedroom had to be chipped away and replaced.

Without planning to…we actually drug the monster size chunk of main balcony cap rail up from below the house and put all the pieces together with mortar. It’s looking good! Rolling it up the stairs. Almost there!! Piercing her back together!! (The measuring tape is on the monster piece we brought up.)
