Above is a picture from Two’sday!
We got some water pipe leaks repaired and the shower drain unplugged.
The rusty stove has been replaced. Our fridge won’t fit in the slot so shopping for a smaller fridge.

We put two big heavy duty tarps on the roof of the pool house to prevent further water from getting in and causing damage. Everything is drying out nicely now that the roof is covered.
We seem to have got the roof leak stopped in the West room of the lower “new bedroom” suite. Despite much effort, there is still a drip in the entry room of the new bedroom suite when it rains a lot.
I got some epoxy with proper wood filler to use to stop the rot in the floor joists under the balcony. Letting them dry out for a few days then will treat them and fill them. There is enough good wood to save them after cleaning out the rot. I will drill some small holes around the areas where the rot was to encourage absorption and treat them with epoxy and then later fill in the holes with epoxy and filler. A friend of mine has fixed several sail boats with delaminated cores using a similar method.

The kitchen floor and cabinet doors have drank up a lot of coconut oil which is making them look happy again.
