We got the locks off late yesterday afternoon just in time for a big rain shower.
The study looks relatively dry but smells very moldy. There is a patch of mold on the ceiling. The books are all moldy. I don’t see where any water is infiltrating so maybe it’s just from being closed up for so long.
The pool house of course needs a complete new roof. Water is pooling and coming in.The downstairs bedroom suite has cracked areas with water pouring in. It appears the hillside has shifted a bit. I think it could be cleaned and sealed for now but in the next few years perhaps the outside wall needs redone.
